The wheelbase of a stock SCX24 is around 133mm (5.2″) – however, the 4 Door Dodge Power Wagon and Jeep JT Gladiator are 22mm longer which is 155mm (6.1″).
Is SCX24 or TRX4m a better option?
The SCX24 is a smaller, more compact model of crawler, while the TRX4m is a larger, more powerful option. Both are great options depending on your needs. I give the edge to the TRX4m for it can handle more rugged terrain out of the box.
What size shocks fit the SCX24?
The SCX24 has a wide range of shock lengths around 32mm – 60mm. our recommendation is to run around 40mm with stock chassis – if you have a mod chassis where you can lay the shock down get around 50mm.
note: recommend laying down only the rear shock to the 50mm mark – keep the front shock upright around that 40mm mark.
